At times we offer specials or discounts. Please understand that we can only offer the use of one special price, offer, or discount at a time. There is a limit of one discount per person per day. Multiple discounts can not be combined. The MonZoe staff has the final say if a discount, special price or the use of a gift certificate will be honored.
For the safety and security of our store, staff, and clients we have several video surveillance cameras. They all record video at all times. Our security system allows us to record audio as well. These recordings are used for security related reason only and will only be shared with the MonZoe management and law enforcement.
We want you to be completely satisfied and happy with the services you received from our nail spa. If you are not completely happy, please tell us... we will fix any issues to the best of our ability, within three calendar days from the day you received the service(s). Prices and/or services can change (with or without notice), please verify the service(s) and price before we start. We do not offer refunds.
The MonZoe Nail Spa and our staff are not responsible for any of your clothing or personal items. Please keep a close eye on your personal property.
If any question, issue, problem, etc. arise, the MonZoe staff and/or management will make the final decision. This decision will be supported by the management and/or owner(s). This final decision will stand. MonZoe staff has the right to refuse service and/or ask any person to leave. MonZoe Nail Spa is private property.
